These are external service providers to support you when you need it. We are not linked to these services, but many of them provide specialist help you may need.

National Domestic Abuse Helpline
The National Domestic Abuse helpline is a free and confidential helpline delivered by trained and supportive female advisers.
The helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so call anytime.
They are there to listen, and won't judge you or tell you what to do. If you need practical support like refuge housing or local services, they can help with that. Whatever you need they are there to listen.
If you cannot call they also run a Live Chat, so you can interact with an advisor online.
